The Suit Doctor is a Kansas City custom tailoring studio, and a good share of our fittings happen somewhere other than the studio - offices, homes, hotels, and wedding venues across the metro on both sides of the state line. These 9 cities are where we work most. Each page covers where fittings usually happen in that city and what to expect on the day.
A $200 fitting fee is due before the appointment, and the full amount goes toward your order when you buy. It is $200 per appointment rather than per person, so a wedding party or a full office is one fee for the visit. It covers the drive out and everything that comes with us - the fabric library, the lookbook, and the measuring tools.
Kansas City, KS
Two markets in one county. Physicians in the Rosedale corridor during the week, wedding parties in the Village West hotels on the weekend.
Overland Park
The busiest calendars in the metro. We fit executives in their own conference rooms rather than ask them to go find a spare hour.
Independence
Wedding country, and the historic kind. The whole party gets measured in one visit, at the venue or wherever everyone is getting ready.
Lee's Summit
Nearly everybody here commutes somewhere else all day. So we come out after hours, and evening appointments are the norm.
Blue Springs
Twenty miles east is a long way to go for a tape measure. So we make the drive out here instead of asking you to make it.
Liberty
North of the river, around the Square and up at the college. We sit in the bridge traffic so that you never have to.
North Kansas City
Hardly anyone lives here and thousands work here. Most fittings happen in a conference room, over somebody's lunch hour.
Raytown
Fifteen minutes from the studio, which makes it the easiest visit we make. Usually a kitchen table, usually after five.
Grandview
Nobody wants to drive the Triangle twice in one evening. We come to you instead, early or late, around the shift you actually work.
